What is this?

This is the member and volunteer portal for Friends of St Andrews Park (FoSAP), a community group based in Bishopston, Bristol. It provides a central place for members, volunteers, and committee officers to see upcoming events, ongoing activities, and group governance documents.

Member data

Member information is stored in a Google Sheet maintained by FoSAP officers. The site reads directly from that sheet, so any updates made by officers are reflected here automatically. Signing in with a Google account links your account to your membership record, if one exists.

New members who sign in are automatically enrolled as basic members. Your data is held in accordance with the group's GDPR commitments and is only accessible to FoSAP administrators — currently the Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary.

Who can do what

• VolunteersCan sign in with Google and indicate interest in upcoming events or ongoing activities. Your name will be recorded against that event so officers know who is available.
• CommitteeCommittee members have access to the group's official documents — meeting minutes, agendas, and governance papers — stored in a shared Google Drive folder.
• OfficersOfficers with admin access can manage members, events, and activities through the admin dashboard.
